• If your desired wedding date & time is not available, Mar Abraham parish will contact you.
• If you'd like to fill out the paper form in English, Arabic or Chaldean please be directed to Mar Abraham office.
• If you need a ribbon (klyla), please obtain one from the church's office.
• Your donation to the church would be appreciated. If you would like to make a personal donation to the priest, please feel free to give it to him in an envelope after the ceremony.

*If you were previously married and divorced in a civil court, and have received a Decree of Nullity from the Catholic Church, you must provide the following documents:

• State Marriage Original Certificate
• Final State Divorce Decree
• Decree of Nullity from the Church

Once you have filled out this form, you will be contacted by the priest to begin Marriage Preparation. This involves:

• Gathering all the necessary paperwork.
• Bringing in yourself and two witnesses to sign that you have not been married before either in the church or civilly. If your spouse is from another parish, they will need to provide a free to marry certificate from their own parish.
